Years ago, like many Dads, I began videotaping my kids as they were growing up and getting involved in extra-curricular activities. When my youngest daughter got into sports, I began upgrading my “toys” and filming almost every game she played in high school.
A few years ago I joined Community Television of Santa Cruz County and began submitting videos for broadcast. I spent a year helping Charlie Phillips produce his award winning show “Voices From the Village”, studying all facets of putting together a quality show. The program was dedicated to the discussion of issues not often covered by the mainstream press. During this time I also developed my own show, “Preps with Julie Jag”, which profiles coaches and athletes in Santa Cruz County. Consulting college coaches about what they want to see in student-athlete videos, I began creating highlights and recruiting videos for athletes interested in playing at the college level. I also produced an event profile video for Beach Soccer USA, a sample of which is linked on this page.
My goal is to provide reasonably priced professional quality video of those events in your life you would like preserved, doing the work so you can be free to participate and be “in the moment.” Whether it’s a championship game, a school play, or any other event, I can help you preserve the memory.
